After purchase and access of "Lebex Capital", a No Refund Policy is active. Given the nature of the "Lebex Capital" and it being digital assets. All sales are final! This just protects us from fraudulent activity. By enrolling in the "Lebex Capital" you understand and acknowledge this.

Please make sure you check your billing date as well as your subscription date so you don’t get billed twice upon cancellation as Lebex Capital will NOT be responsible for refunds regarding any issues regarding timing of payments.

If you are double charged, a refund will be sent to you.

If your payment declines you will be removed from the chat immediately. There are no grace periods.

Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without explicit permission. This includes sharing private messages.

Stay On Topic: Keep discussions relevant to trading. Channels should be used for their intended purposes.

Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor. Avoid using offensive language, and treat all members with respect and courtesy.

No Financial Advice: Clearly state that opinions shared are not financial advice. Remind members to perform their own research and consult with a professional advisor before making investment decisions.

No Promotion or Spam: Prohibit unsolicited promotions of services, products, or other Discord servers. This also includes excessive messaging (spam) that disrupts conversations.

Zero Tolerance for Manipulation: Strictly forbid any attempts to manipulate market prices or partake in pump-and-dump schemes. Members involved in such activities should be banned.

Conflict Resolution: Encourage members to resolve disputes privately or contact an admin if mediation is needed. Public arguments or disputes should be discouraged.

Compliance with Laws: Members must comply with all applicable financial regulations and laws. Insider trading, illegal activities, or encouraging such actions is prohibited.

Consequences of Rule Violation: Clearly outline the consequences for breaking rules, including warnings, temporary mutes, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.

Encouragement of Learning: Foster an environment where both new and experienced traders can learn from each other. Encourage sharing of resources, experiences, and strategies in a constructive manner.

Concerns regarding other members are primarily addressed by our moderators. In certain cases, our Founder or Director of Operations may also intervene as necessary.

To maximize your experience, please attend lessons and pre-market reviews punctually. Don't hesitate to ask questions—our experts are always eager to assist and provide guidance.

Absolutely! We strongly value active participation and noticeable improvement in our community. If our moderators, Director of Operations, or Founder observe a member significantly enhancing their trading results, consistently assisting others, and punctually attending lessons and other events, we will definitely consider them for a promotion.
